The training continues!

So we resumed our weekly training session on the 7th of October. But there were a couple of changes from last week:

1. Andrew had to do OT (overtime) so he couldn't join us.
2. The training was held at 7.30 a.m. in the morning.
3. It was bloody hazy.

Yes you heard that right. 7.30 a.m. in the morning. This is what I looked like when I got up.

So anyway, this is how it looked outside.

And more haze!!!

Surprisingly the park (Taman Bukit Kiara at TTDI) was packed with people. Apparently the haze shall not stop us Malaysians from getting our dose of exercise. Wei Siong and I did the usual one hour training...and I shudder to think how much haze we inhaled into our precious lungs.

The ironic part was that the haze started dissipating from around 10 a.m. onwards. By noon it was almost completely gone. WTF!!! LOL!!!
