Singapore Trip: Part I
Aeroline PJ - S'pore August 31st 6.30 p.m.
Aeroline S'pore - PJ September 3rd 6.30 p.m.
And there you have it. One thing I like about Aeroline is that I don't have to go down to Puduraya (the grand old bus station) in KL. Instead Aeroline departs from Menara Axis (just a wee bit further down the road from the Asiajaya Putra LRT station) which is so much more convenient for us PJ-ians.
So I walked up to Aeroline's counter at about 5.45 to 6,
And I said to the counter staff "Yo babe ticket mana?"
Checked my tickets, I was finally sure,
That I would be catching the 6.30 bus to S'pore.
Ok, so that was a lame attempt to parody the lyrics from the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air theme. I loved that series btw.

Waiting for the bus, staring into nothingness.
The tickets and my entertainment for the ride.
Aeroline coach interior.
The coach is actually really comfortable with seats resembling those of an airplane (hence Aeroline's tagline: The convenient way to fly). The meals they served were ok, nothing too special but filling. I was asleep for most of the journey anyway.
Before I knew it, we had cleared Customs and whooossshhhhh, we were in Singapore!

Ok I know you can't see much but yes, this is Singapore!
So the bus stopped at Waterfront Plaza around 11.30-ish p.m. and I quickly took a cab to Nick's place. Singapore is crawling with cabs, so no worries of being stranded anyway. Such efficiency! :P
After everything was unpacked, bak chor mee was highlight of the night. Imagine our local pork noodles, without the soup and pig intestines, but with a savoury sauce consisting of chilli oil and vinegar. Slurpingly delicious.
